Rates
$150 for first session. $125 per 55 minute session thereafter. A Sliding Scale might be applied for those whose insurance I can't accept.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I will verify your insurance benefits prior to our first session. Please check your coverage carefully.

Payment
Cash, Check, HSA (Health Savings Account cards) and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Credit cards are assessed a 3% charge per use.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
